I would like announce the annual Congressional Art Competition.  This special event brings together the best student artwork from across the Third Congressional District. The winning entry will be hung, along with entries from other congressional districts, in a corridor of the U.S. Capitol Building.

The competition is open to all high school students residing within the 3rd Congressional District.

Entries need to arrive at my district office by 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2006. The winner will be invited to attend the opening exhibit in Washington, D.C. with other winners from across the country.
